What are the types of galvanized sheets?
Divided according to the production and processing methods, galvanized steel can be divided into hot-dip galvanized steel, alloyed galvanized steel, electro-galvanized steel, etc., as follows:
1, hot dip galvanized steel
Thin steel plate will be immersed in the melted zinc tank, so that its surface adhesion of a layer of zinc thin steel plate. At present, the main use of continuous galvanizing process production, that is, the rolls of steel continuously immersed in molten zinc plating tank made of galvanized steel plate;.
2, alloying galvanized steel
This steel plate is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but in the tank, immediately after it is heated to about 500 ℃, so that the generation of zinc and iron alloy film. This kind of galvanized steel sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability.
3、Electro galvanized steel plate
Electroplating method to manufacture this galvanized steel sheet has good processability. However, the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot-dip galvanized sheet;
4、Single-side plating and double-sided differential galvanized steel plate
Single-sided galvanized steel, that is, only on one side of the galvanized product. In welding, painting, rust treatment, processing, etc., has a better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single-sided uncoated zinc, there is a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side of the galvanized sheet, i.e., double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
5, alloy, composite galvanized steel
Alloy, composite galvanized steel is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc and other alloys and even composite plated steel. This kind of steel plate has both excellent anti-rust properties, but also has good painting performance. In addition, galvanized steel has color galvanized steel, printing and painting galvanized steel, PVC laminated galvanized steel and so on. However, the most commonly used is still hot dip galvanized steel.
