Difference between flowered and non-flowered galvanized sheets
From the name of the two can be known, the former is printed on the surface of the pattern, it looks beautiful and shiny, usually, can be used to make the outer shell of household appliances; and the latter is the surface does not have any pattern, it looks very ordinary, the color is not so bright, some dark. In addition to the difference in appearance, that is, with or without pattern, there is no other difference between the two, the use is similar.
Galvanized steel role and classification
1, hot dip galvanized steel: thin steel plate immersed in molten zinc tank, so that its surface adherence to a layer of zinc thin steel plate, that is, the rolls of steel continuously immersed in molten zinc plating tanks made of galvanized steel, mainly using continuous galvanizing process production.
2, alloying galvanized steel: this steel is also manufactured by hot dipping method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500 ℃, so that the generation of zinc and iron alloy film. This kind of galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability.
3, electro-galvanized steel: electroplating method to manufacture this galvanized steel has good processability, but the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as the hot-dip galvanized sheet.
4, single-sided plating and double-sided poor galvanized steel: single-sided galvanized steel, that is, galvanized only on one side of the product, in welding, painting, rust treatment, processing, etc., has a better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single-sided uncoated zinc, there is a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, i.e., double-sided poor galvanized sheet.
5, alloy, composite galvanized steel: it is made of zinc and other metals such as aluminum, lead, zinc and other alloys and even composite plated steel. This kind of steel plate has both excellent rustproof performance and good painting performance.
